Al Ain kept their 100% record in the West region of the AFC Champions League Elite on Monday 26 October, beating Iran's Tractor 2-1 at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium on matchday 3.

Ramy Rabia put the 2024 champions ahead with a long-range strike on 21 minutes. Tibor Halilović curled in an equaliser for Tractor ten minutes into the second half, before Moroccan forward Houssine Rahimi scored the winner with 20 minutes left, Reuters reports via Sportstar. The AFC notes that Rahimi had scored twice against both Al Nassr and Air Force Club in the first two rounds, so that is five goals in three games. Tractor have one point.

In Jeddah, holders Al Ahli beat Qatar's Al Gharafa 2-1. Ivan Toney scored after four minutes and Florinel Coman levelled on 53. Al Gharafa's Seydou Sano was sent off for a second yellow card with 13 minutes left, and Matheus Gonçalves scored the winner on 86 minutes. Al Ahli move to seven points; Al Gharafa have lost all three games.

Elsewhere on Monday, Julián Quiñones' deflected effort on 84 minutes earned Al Qadsiah a 1-1 draw with Al Sadd, ten minutes after Akram Afif's long-range opener. Iraq's Air Force Club beat Pakhtakor 1-0 in Basra through Saad Abdul Ameer on 70 minutes for their first win of the campaign. Al Nassr's match with Al Wasl was postponed. Al-Ittihad's late win at Neftchi, through Youssef En-Nesyri, is covered in a separate TuSport report.

The top eight in each of the West and East league phases go through to the knockout rounds, which will be played in Saudi Arabia in April and May.
