Paris Saint-Germain beat Lyon 2-0 at the Parc des Princes on Monday 26 October in a rescheduled Ligue 1 matchday 8 fixture.

Senny Mayulu scored on 72 minutes after coming off the bench, and Mika Godts made it 2-0 on 84 minutes. Both goals came from substitutes under Luis Enrique.

The win was PSG's fifth straight in Ligue 1 and eighth in a row in all competitions. ESPN and the club say it lifted them to the top of the table on 17 points, one ahead of Rennes.

The fixture had been moved by a day after police ordered a postponement because of protests in Paris.
